Group sessions with team members and staff (at coach’s discretion)

Development of team strategy based on individual strengths
Grow-as-you-go plans; adjustments can be made as your team’s goals or circumstances change
Contract Work (Initial consultation free; let's see if my services are right for you and your team/organization before we start a relationship)
I work with the team/organization for a predetermined period
Contract can include:
Team sessions (Max. 4/month)
Individual sessions (1/individual/week)
Attendance at practice sessions
