Certification
Currently, I am working towards becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). This certification is the gold standard for professionals who aspire to work in the field of mental performance consulting. In order to become certified, consultants must complete specific coursework, obtain at least 400 hours of applied consulting experiences, and pass an exam. Having already completed the required coursework through my master’s degree education, I am working toward accruing enough applied experience hours to sit for the certification exam.

While lacking official certification, my practice abides by all ethical standards displayed in the AASP Code of Ethical Principles and Standards

My approach is faith-informed and client-centered — I meet every client where they are, honoring their beliefs, values, and individual goals. You have full autonomy in determining what you want to obtain from working together. I provide expertise on the ins and outs of mental performance training, and you decide what to do with it.
I see myself as your mirror on the journey to optimal performance. It is not my job to tell you what you need to do; instead, I help you navigate toward solutions that align with your values, strengths, and vision of success.
My goal is to create a safe and open space where you can communicate freely — a space that is often not available in other demanding areas of life.
Mental performance training is not about quick fixes or formulas. The work I offer requires time, effort, and reflection, and the strategies we explore are tailored specifically to you. The effectiveness and content of mental skills training are unique to each individual.
Together, we examine your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, identifying patterns and opportunities for growth. From there, we formulate a personalized game plan to optimize your performance potential — one that balances skill development, mental clarity, and purposeful action.
For clients who wish, my approach draws on principles inspired by my faith, helping to cultivate resilience, peace, and perspective under pressure. For others, the focus is on universal values such as clarity, confidence, and purposeful action. Either way, every session is designed to support you in a way that feels authentic, empowering, and aligned with your unique journey.
