What led me to providing mental performance services?
I was a multi-sport athlete my whole life and was privileged to compete in two sports at the collegiate level. My experience as an athlete and passion to help people led me to pursue a career in the field of sport psychology.

I offer in-person or online mental performance consulting (phone/Google meet). Clients on Eastern Standard Time will be able to best take advantage of appointment hours, but I am capable of accommodating clients from across the country.
There is a free 15 minute initial consultation . From there, we will collaborate to form a plan for the skills you desire to work on to optimize your performance.
(I bill at a flat rate, and do not go through insurance, so payments will be out-of-pocket.)
